Is there a program that can be activated during a call to record it as it happens? Whenever I am being read a number on the phone, I'm constantly fumbling with Memo to get the phone number down. At least if it were recorded it would be easier to transcribe.

Any of the voice recorders will record phone conversations. The only catch is if you are not on speakerphone the person you are talking to will be very low.
