I bought the Jabra autowinder earpiece that came with a bunch of left- and right-eared gels for custom fitting the earpiece to your ear of preference.

I took the two large size gels that fit me nice and tight, slipped the rubber covers off the stereo heaphones you can order here on treocentral.com and slipped the ear gels over them.

It alters the sound a bit, it takes out some of the harsh tones and blocks a little of the outside sound, plus it is much more comfortable after hours of listening than the standard thin rubber covers.

If you are wondering; no, you can't put the headphone wires into the autowinder from the cellular earpiece. It tried it several times and it barely works at all. You end up pulling so hard that you can eventually stretch the headphone wires, which is not good.
