Alright here is the deal. Everyone go to their phone pad. Sprint users dial ##786 dial, GSM dial #*786 dial.

    Now everyone post:
    Life Timer
    How many hours that equals.
    Activation date 5/31/04
Then count the days and post how much you use the phone per day.

Do the same for Data usage.

    I will start.
    6577 minutes
    109.61 hours
    5/31/04
    1.27 hours a day or 76.47 minutes a day,

    468627kb or 457.64mb ((468627/1024))
    5513.25kb or 5.38mb per day.

    Now it is your turn.

this is going to be the lowest score ever ..
    761 min = 12h41min
    activation date 12/12/03 = 210 days
    761/210 = 3.1476190476190.... min/day

data = 0 (data contracts are way to expensive for my students budget)
water created humans to carry it up hills

not everybody is on sprint :P

    6.8MB a day
My monthy allowance is 3MB and Orange charge an arm and 3/4's of a leg for that!

Hmmm.. does the phone report m Bytes or m Bits? I'd check, but my baby is out for repairs at the moment.

Then again, 6.8 m bit is still a lot more then I could ever imagine using ;-)

    So, 2.9 Mb a day,and 42 minutes a day. scary.

Somehow I could not make the #*786 work on my T600 (GSM), it just goes back to the dial pad.

    1173290/205 days = 5.7 MB / day !

Yikes! Thank goodness for unlimited data!

Daily data usage was considerably higher in the beginning when the Treo was more of a toy. Now that it's treated more like a tool, the numbers have gone down.

Or 57 min./day talk time and 1 MB data/day. As mentioned in previous posts, data through PDAnet are somehow not being recorded, but that would have added about 400 MB since last October. I don't use it except when traveling, which I don't do too much of.

Warranty date is not the correct one to use. Go by activation date.

It gives a reading in KB. I converted it to that. This does not include any of the PDANet usage. I have used well over a GB with PDANet. That is just since May. I dont know what my other one had on it.

It seems that some of you guys wth the low numbers wouldnt have this type of phone. I guess you really just needed the PDA part of the device.
