I started writing such application, but have not completed it yet. As far as I remember, at the moment in beeps only for incoming calls. Tonight I will try to find it and see if it still works and what remains to be completed.

A new version of this program is also available. Version 0.3 adds new options to beep twice every 10 minutes, to beep only on 10 minutes, and to beep on the 9th of 10 minutes.

It is available on my web site:

For those who might be interested, I have just released Profeo MinuteMinder version 0.4, which I have been testing for about a week. The program has the following new features:
    - option to disable the beeps if you have free night calls
    - option to disable the beeps if you have free weekend calls

It also fixes (supposedly) the following errors:
    - the beeps didn't stop for rejected calls
    - the beeps never played if Treo was muted or the system volume was set to off

Please enjoy responsibly and don't hesitate to provide me with your feedback and suggestions - they are always appreciated. Your donations are appreciated too.
