I want a ring tone that sounds like the old "Ma Bell" phone we had in the 70's. Has anyone found one that will wokr on the Treo?

Thanks, the oldphone sounds perfect. Now I gotta figure out how to do ringtones on the Treo. I've read about lightwav but I prefer free software... at least when it comes to frivolous things like ringtones.

You don';t need ANY software to run .mid ringtones. Once loaded, you will find the Old Phone tone added to the list of ringtones that comes with the T600. For full instructions see Treotones.com as well as thread in this forum.

Copy & paste this url: http://mobile.treobits.com/midi/non_music/OldPhone.mid into an email & send it to yourself, then open it on your Treo. It should download the file & put into your 'Sounds' program.
