    Hi,

Recently, I started experiencing problems with synching up with my Outlook Calendar and Notes. All else is fine.

I guess the Treo can no longer find the folder where my Outlook Calendar resides, but I'm not so sure how to redirect it.

Can someone please help me out? The following is a copy of the error log:

You can search the Chapura support area for resolution and also you can forward this message to their techsupport. They respond quick to your problems.

They will also for sure ask you to update your Pocket Mirror to 3.1.6. You can get them from http://www.chapura.com/support.php, pick the PocketMirror Standard 3.1.6.

Rest assured, you have not lost your data. You may have some overlap Ior duplication) between the two, you will need to decide which takes importance, information in your PDA or the one in Outlook.

    Keep posting for your status.

    Good Luck.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the problem has been resolved with the help of Chapura tech support. They got back to me within 12 hours! Here's what they said:

The errors you are getting are usually occur when either a user's
    mailbox
has been rebuilt or moved to a new location on the server. Or if it is
    a
stand alone, then the user's PST file has either been rebuilt or moved
    to
another location on the PC. PocketMirror can no longer "find" where the

Outlook information is located. Please do the following to correct the
    problem.

    Close Outlook.
Right click on your Start button and go to Explore. On the local drive
locate your Palm or Handspring folder. In the Palm or handspring
folder, locate the folder that is a derivative of your name. In that
folder open the Datebook folder and delete the PMCats.dat file. Do the
    same for the ToDo folders.

    Go to Start/Run and type
    fixmapi
    Click Ok
    Go to Start/Run and type
    outlook /resetfolders
    Click OK
    This will open Outlook.
    Synchronize again.
