Help...My Treo 600 is flipping out!! I have a few questions.

FIrst, when I go to answer an incoming call, all I hear when I answer is the noise you hear in your ear that an outgoing call would make. Then it goes silent. This happens about 80% of the time.
When I try to make an outgoing call, about 80% will not go through either.
WHen I ever do get a connection, the other side hears a loun buzz.
I called Handspring, and hten sent me a new one. Fortunately, I had not yet sent bak my old one, and the new one somehow got wet inside and went totally dead. SO..now I have to return the one they sent me, and live with mine until Ithey receive their new phone back and have another in stock to send me.
Doies anyone know what could be causing the problem I am having with my original Treo? I just want to be able to make and receive calls until I am able to get another sent to me.

Second, what is a direct number to Handspring (Palmone) technical service and customer service? Each time I call I get the runaround, and their english is really poor and difficult to understand.
Lastly, since I have to wait so long before getting another replacement, does anyone know if T-Mobile will give me a "lender" until I can get a replacement phone?
Thanks in advance for any advice/help.

Unfortunately the "buzz" issue is a relatively common one - you did the right thing by starting the return process. The fix isn't trivial - here are a couple relevant threads:

Thanks for the links Eric. I don't think I would mind the buzzing so much..if I could only get the phone to answer my calls and call out on it!
I'm sure it is a hardware problem that will require another exchange.
    Thanks
