    It crashes everytime I try to launch a doc. I'm using a sprint model with the update installed. I am not sure when it started (haven't used ina while) but I need this on a daily basis now and I would really like to fix this.
    HELP!!!!

    Did you contact their technical support group? I haven't had any problems with it...but there are so many variables including the documents you're looking at and the other programs that you may have running that my experience may not be helpful.

    I did a complete uninstall of the DTG app and all related files on my palm. Then I did a soft reset. I then uninstalled DTG on my computer. I went to the DATAVIZ site and redownloaded the registered software using my registration key and BAM! IT WORKED.
    Working great now.

    I had all kinds of problems with it as well. Finally they had to send me a different version. Contact Tech Support. They aren't the quickest to respond but they will find a solution for you.
