I'm a T-mobile subscriber, but I'm spending the sumeer in an area where T-mobile doesn't have native coverage - instead, I connect to AT&T Wireless towers... is there a way to get GPRS to work while connected to this network? Not surprisingly, connecting like I normally would on T-mobile results in an error...

I was just in an area of Cingular coverage, rather than TMo. I was happy but not suprised to see my voice servcie working. What _did_ suprise me was seeing my GPRS light up and give me the ability to get my email and IM using Chatter.... Just checked my on-line bill, and I don't see any strange charges there... yet.

Here in happy California, TMo runs on Cingular's towers and there are no GPRS problems.
