Personally I can claim 3 - two work mates and my wife have all bought a Treo after seeing mine. I think I should be on some sort of commission

You are right, you should be on some sort of commission. Here is a program for people like yourself: http://paysback.palmone.com/

    Hi,

Kevin from palmOne here. There’s also a contest going on right now – those who sign up for palmOne Pays Back automatically get 100 palmOne bucks and are registered to win a free Zire prize package. Now’s a very good time to join.

I got a few friends interested in the Treo 600 when it first came out. Many of them went on to buy FAR Treo 270s or 300s. Now some are upgrading. Two more this weekend- brother-in-law and his friend.

According to their website, they don't give credit for the Treo 600:

"When your friends purchase either a palmOne™ Zire™ 21, Zire™ 31, Zire™ 72, Tungsten™ E, Tungsten™ T2, Tungsten™ T3, or Tungsten™ C they can validate their handheld at http://paysback.palmone.com/us/refer and credit you with the purchase. Your friends will own a new handheld and you'll earn more palmOne Bucks!"

I wanted to credit someone with my purchase, but wasn't able to.

I got one friend. Other friends aren't power users like myself. They prefer to have something tiny that simply makes calls. Another friend who has a Treo (not through my referring) is thinking about trading his in because he bought an Acura TL and the car has built in bluetooth support. I suppose I'm throwing that in there for Kevin Michaels ;-)

I have hooked up everyone after showing them my Treo and what it can do. Sold at least 8 for co-workers, friends, and family.

I've convinced three other co-workers to jump on the Treo600 bandwagon.

As other have pointed out it doesn't include the 600, and even if it did it excludes people like myself who don't live in the US

based on the response above, I guess we have the answer to why the Treo 600 is excluded - apparently none of us needed an incentive to generate sales of additional units.....

After I bought my Treo 600, I can claim responsibility to a friend's Treo 600, and an i500 (for my wife - she just had to be different).
