Does anybody know if it is possilbe to connect my treo 600 to my Ipaq 3950 so that I can use gprs on the IPAQ.

Do I need a cable? If so what kind?, or can I use the infa red link.

I ask this because I want to use the new TOMTOM navigator traffic live plug-in.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks

I believe you can connect via IR using an app called Wireless Modem from notifymail.com

    Thanks for the above.

I have looked at their web site and it only works with Apple and Linux systems.

Do a search. Wireless Modem does work on XP via serail cable. Also there have been several threads in the past where users were able to connect via IR using Wireless Modem to other PDA, both palmos devices and PPC's. You definitely should be able to use it to connect your Treo via IR to the 3950...
