    Hey folks, anyone know of any simple apps out there that will keep the treo clock sycnched with some web-based time reference? Just curious.

    Backup buddy used to include a piece of software which would sync your palm clock to your pc clock. There are a number of freeware apps that will sync your pc to a time server.

    That might do the job for you

    For those on Sprint, at least, this is not needed.

    Look at the time on your phone using an app that displays seconds and on this site:
    http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/cgi-bin/timer.pl

    Notice they're within 1 or 2 seconds of each other

    Yup, this is an inate feature of cdma that is not available for gsm users...
