    Thankfully it's working fine.
Any hints on what files to maybe delete before I do a hard reset?

You may have to go to the "custom" menu in the HotSync manager (right click on the Hotsync icon in the System Tray of your PC (bottom right of screen, next to the time(Windows OS) and make sure each is set for Desktop overwrites Handheld (verse "Do Nothing" or such).THis is what helped me not loose my Contacts and Datebook/Calendar events like some did when they updated to V1.10 a while back.
    Hope this is helpful, Matt

Okay, for anyone who cares here's what I did and it seems to have worked:

    1. Backup with BackupMan to my SD Card.
    2. Hard Reset Cleared All Data
    3. Synced to CLEAN profile
    4. Installed Updated
    5. Synced to CLEAN profile
    6. Restored from Card.

    Software Rev: Treo600-1.20-SPR
    Hardware Rev: B
    PRL Version: 10023

    Got the free backgammon game.

Differences I've noticed in the 5 minutes I've had it running

    1. Big goofy Palm1 logo on reboot
    2. SMS application is different
    3. Mail App is now included and appears to work. Wish it had IMAP

Right now everything appears to be working including LauncherX. More later if I notice something.

I agree! Sound is much clearer now!

what a piece of crap...I am pretty sure this was not tested before it was released. It quit with a "could not find app error" and then I was left with some "optimizer" app which I selected and it has now restarted the update. We will see what happens....

No download is available for it yet.

I can confirm though that movierec 1.12 works great with the new sprint update.
    Any link to SoundRec ?

Did you ever get it to work ahalvor? I'm not sure why some are successful, while others aren't. I've hard reset my device then ceated a new user. No issues with the update. I ran flawlessly. I did another hard reset. Then sync'ed my old user name back over.

update running again...it looks like it is running smoother with a hard reset (which is soooooooooo lame)

Have you ever upgrade your device before? So on the other boards say that files from pervious upgrades are the cause. Good luck.
