    Four problems:

    1) How are you going to hold up the Treo when you use this? There doesn't seem to be any stand for this?

    2) No tactile feedback. I need to know and feel where to type. This coupled with the poor accuracy reported at previous CES exhibition makes me wonder.

    3) The damned Treo screen is sooo small, how far away can you use this to make it useful?

    4) Reported poor outdoor functionality. I don't have to worry about lighting when using my PWK..

Anyway, all that plus the high price tag makes me worry. I don't think I'll be an early adopter for this one...

For me the biggest problem with using it with the Treo has to be the inablility to use it outdoors. I will, however, probably be purchasing one or more for my pc's at home (I have 12 so desk space is always an issue). When I get one I'll post a review here.

We'll I emailed iBizcorp about this keyboard and they could not provide me with screenshots attached to a Treo 600. They did say is was test with a Treo 600 which we already knew.

Apparently, you can use the same keyboard for all different devices such as a Treo 600 and a workstation however you need to purchase different adapters. I wish the PC adapter was not USB based and rather a PS2 cable so I'd be able to use it with a KVM for multiple machines.

Here's my one real beef on the concept with the Treo. It doesn't allow you to charge your Treo 600 while the keyboard is plugged in. What this also means is that you can't be connected to a cradle either. So if you want to see what you are typing, you'll need to hold your phone up with something else unless that's part of the adapter.

I like the idea but not sure how often I'd use it with this one flaw as I'd rather be charging at my desk. I guess it makes sense for meetings or or other places that you don't normally recharge your device that you'd like to show off this new technology.

Isn't it funny how everybody here can tell you wrote this on a Treo?

Outdoor use? Ehhh, I wonder if even indoor use is all that good.

Has anyone seen the videos taken from CNN, MSNBC, etc. where they mention the keyboard in action? You can't see diddley squat unless they turn the lights off in the room. I'm not sure if this is because lasers might not come out well in camera or what, but it looked terribly dim.

Presuming it does work out well and you can type with reasonable speed, I think it would be a nice device to have.
