I've been using Mobile Paint for a while. Pretty good:

The two best drawing apps for the Treo (or any Palm OS device) are Moepaint (freeware) and Tealpaint. Hands down... And I've used just about every major paint program for Palm extensively (drawing sprites, painting, etc).

If you start drawing in some programs like Handpainter Pro, you'll reach a dead end where the program just doesn't have the necessary features to take a piece of art to the next level. You'll wind up searching for ways to export the image into a better program (happened to me). The painting interface of Tealpaint is a little weaker than that of Moepaint, but Tealpaint has the all important "selection resize" and "selection rotation" tools that Moepaint does not have at the moment (Moepaint upgrades always add a ton of features). But in terms of interface design, MOEPAINT IS THE BEST. It was definitely designed by a person with a knowledge of advanced graphics apps and workflow.

You'll be able to find Moepaint here (http://webclub.kcom.ne.jp/ma/tha/palm/MoePaint1.1b7.zip) Look around on the Web and you may be able to find some docs (or babelfish the websites pages and you'll be able to gleen some info on usage).

    Thanks.
I've arrived to the same conclusion and be using MoePaint for a week now.
I discover a "new" freeware called PixMarker , wich is great, because the control panel is very tiny and disapear when you're drawing. But there's nothing to export...
