MOBILE INTERNET $49.99 UNLIMITED PDA DATA PLAN - ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

AT&T Wireless further reserves the right to move a subscriber from the Mobile Internet Unlimited PDA Plan to the standard $79.99 monthly unlimited Mobile Internet Data Plan, without notice, if the subscriber uses more than 100 megabytes of data in each of two consecutive months.

The big print giveth, but the small print taketh away.

Has anyone found a similar policy statement by Sprint?

Ah!!! But it's only $44.99 a month with a qualifying voice plan!! What they don't seem to understand is that it's still twice as much as TMo's plan.
a dirty mind is a terrible thing to waste

Let's hope the Cingular buy-out happens soon, and Cingular keeps their data plans at the $20/mo level. You can switch plans mid-contract (IME), without having to renew the contract. If it weren't for the buyout (and the possibility of getting onto Cingular's network), then I'd be a T-Mo customer by now.

    Later,
    Bill
