    Howdy!

I searched the discussions for help on this with no luck.

I have a Treo 180 and was happily using GPRS with no problems untill recently. Now when I try to connect to my GPRS I get "An error occured opening the network connection"

I checked with my provider, they say there should be no problems. I have fiddled with the settings, but all seems OK. Any advice? What is this I hear about a "radio reset"? Is it important for this?

    Thank you!

The 'radio reset' application is for the endless network search anomoly. Basically, when you cannot connect to your network to make a voice call (this is before you try and establish a GPRS connection)

Are you connecting to your network ok?

If so, I would say that you either have a config problem in your network settings or your service provider has changed something at their end. Call your service provider and obtain the correct settings.

If you can't even make an initial connection for voice calls, I would say you need the radio reset app (downloadable from the HS site).

    good luck
