    I am on the Sprint Service and installed Biz Conn Personal Edition. I have been unable to connect on the desktop the last week. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be?

    I have uninstalled twice and reinstalled and no success.

    wilson_lee - Take a look at my first post in this thread... this is how you can provide info to help debug the problem....the log files help give the clues to why it is failing.

    Typical quesitons are:

    1. Has it ever worked or is this a first time connection scenraio?

    2. can you login to your account via the Web interface? Just being able to login helps prove Sprint has you setup in their system.
