So how do you get the blauncher program (or Blazer in general) to launch programs in the /palm/launcher directory on the SD card?

I have no idea what you're talking about..

Blazer has to be pointed specifically to something, it has no way to "autoindex".

Well, if you can use the "palm:" command (as told about throughout this thread) to launch a program that's on the RAM/NVFS side of things, and the Palm's native launcher has an SD Card category to launch programs in /palm/launcher/, is there a way to use said "palm:" command (blauncher.prc program or otherwise) to launch a program on the SD Card.

I won't show my hand too early, but Shark Links is a very useful program...

    *bump*

Anyone? where is the "FM" on the "palm:" Blazer command?

    Hello,
Now you can also use TreoOfflineViewer, which as a plugin for the Blazer web browser, makes it much more convenient to open HTML files from memory cards.

TreoOfflineViewer - save and load web pages from the SD card with your favorite web browser.

This is very neat! You should put a post about it in its own thread, with a link out to this thread for reference (which is indeed a great thread - I've already uploaded a couple of the pre-formatted home pages-- thanks guys!!)

    A couple of questions:

    1. Whats the significance of "Add Base URL" when saving the source to file?

    2. Would it be possible to add an option for the user to define a default Card folder for both Saving to, and Opening from?

    many thanks!!http://discussion.treocentral.com/im...cons/icon7.gifhttp://discussion.treocentral.com/im...ons/icon10.gifhttp://discussion.treocentral.com/im...cons/icon7.gif

    1. The "Add Base URL" option adds the <BASE href> HTML tag so that after opening the saved page its images and links are still working.

    2. This feature has been scheduled for the next release.

TiddlyWiki uses javascript to do everything on the page, so I don't think Blazer can handle it. Does Blazer handle any javascript?

Well... it does. The question is: how well is it implemented in Blazer :-)

So, can anyone confirm that TopOfflineViewer + Blazer can be used to access TiddlyWiki on Treo?

My bet... Not even close to well enough to do a TiddlyWiki. Any takers?

the answer is sadly a bit fat....NO!

which is a huge disappointment. the offline loads the page as data but nothing is displayed. i've search pretty hard to see if there are other browsers or java add-ins but i think this is beyond the capabilities of the palm.

    which is a huge shame.

    unless of course...
