    I'm not sure what causes the problem, I was thinking it may have had to do with Chatter.

    and more apparent that white screens (resets) are being seen in the last couple of days mainly with Sprint Treo600s due to the impending roll out of Sprint's MO-SMS system being tested at random regions. I've had a few the last couple of days when a SMS comes in and never did before. I would advise to wait a few days and hopefully sprint will resolve the issues. However, I'm afraid this will delay their MO-SMS rollout.

    I realize there are other threads on the issue but I'm trying to capture data to see if we can figure out the problem.

    It appears Sprint SMS rollout is the problem but I've heard of AT&T people having issues, too.

    6. What seems to cause the problems? RANDOM -- SOMETIMES BROWSING, SOMETIMES OPENING AN AOL MAIL ON AOL FOR PALM, SOMETIMES SWITCHING APPS

    I'm always happy to consider the idea that Chatter has caused a particular crash, but I can assure you it has nothing to do with SMS. Chatter never has and never will use SMS.
