    It's been 52+ hours and I havn't received a registration code for snappermail which I purchased on Monday. I did email support earlier today and I havn't heard back from them either.

    Should I be worried, is this typical support for snappermail?

    So far the program is great, but now that I've paid to get rid of the register screen I would like to get rid of it.

    Anyone else out there waiting or have a similar experience?

    You'll get it. They're extremely reliable.

    Mine took me a week.

    There has been a problem sending out email from the company as their ISP seems to have failed to relay it on.

    Hopefully should be sorted now!

    Try this:
    1. Go to http://www.snappermail.net/sus/login.cfm
    2. Click "Forgotten your password"
    3. Enter your email that tou used when register.
    4. Then you hopefully will recive an email with your password.
    5. Log in with your email and password.
    6. you will be able to lookup your unlock code.
