    Just bought my Treo 600. I used Treo 270 until this point. Can I use all the applications from T270 on the T600, despite the OS fifference (Palm OS 3.x vs. 5.x)?

    Short answer: No, you cannot use *all.*

    Of course you can use some (perhaps most). It's really a hit or miss proposition.

    You are going to have to test them.

    Me = Nokia 5170/Palm III > Kyocera 6035 > Treo 600 > Treo 650 > Treo 700p > Treo 755p > Treo Pro > Palm Pre

    Wife = Treo 600 > Treo 650 > Treo 755p > Palm Centro > Palm Pixi

    Do "Hi Res" applications apply to the T600? Thanks again.

    High res apps most likely won't work if they are only for high res, but most apps can run in the old res environment as well.
