The case looks good and I will certainly order one if you guys can give us a quick review next week. Because it's a holster type, my only 2 concerns:

    1. Is it too tight for a Treo w/ eGrips?
    2. Auto answer problem with Space Bar?

I need to have a holster that would allow me to retrieve the Treo with only one hand

I ordered a Nutshell case via UPS overnight, so should be able to kick in with a review by mid-week.

Can you fill us in on what's great about e-Grips on the Treo?
Is there a URL showing what they look like? It is a slippery
little devil, sounds like a good idea.

The eGrips will eleminate the slippery surface. Do a search, there were quite a few posts about it before. Actually your own Avatar of the the CDMA Treo looks like there is an eGrip (grey) on the side.

I promised a report on the Nutshell case. I've been using it for about a week, and I can report that it is *great*!

Sharp/sleek appearance; very functional and small/compact lines. No problems to report; such as the phone turning on, etc. It fits the T6 "like a glove" and it's 'no effort' to get the T6 in and out. The clip grips very securely onto your belt... no chance of this one slipping off in a taxi!

For me, this is indeed the "case of cases"... the one that makes you forget about ever looking for another case. I've just ordered a second one in light brown; this time with a loop on the top.

Now I have a working phone too, after switching from a Sprint T6 to a T-Mobile T6. My audio problems are gone. This Treo sounds like a "normal" cell phone. So I am "set".

Funny, I was thinking the same thing. The "loop on top" comment threw me.

We carry a few cases for the Treo 600, but the best jogging case is a generic case called the Pygmy Pouch. It has a lot of protection and room for other things you may want to carry. It has an industrial strength belt clip. AND, it's cheap.

My mistake - apologies! It's a Nutshell case:

Yesterday, curiosity made me jump in my car and drive 30 miles to the nearest Brookstone. The part # is 305748, and it was only $12.50 in the Concord, CA store. Well, my assessment of this case...I was not impressed. This particular case is just too short. It didnt make my SD card pop out, but it sure kept cutting off my wireless. What good is the case if it has turned the phone off............and I dont realize it?

Second, the other case, part # 370189, provided by Treosome, who thought this was the case being referrenced to. This is a much better case. Brookstone is not overflowing with an array of cell cases to choose from; it's either this one - or - that one. Anyway, this second case, although slimmer than the above mentioned, does NOT make the sides protrude in the exaggerated manner as mentioned in this thread. And it cost $15.

With both cases, there is no choice but to turn the Treo inward so it is facing your body. Due to the way the flap is made, the case will not close over the top if it is not turned around. And it has just enough room in the bottom to leave the mic plugged in it.

The only way I could fathom anyone damaging their Treo in this case would be due to some pretty harsh bumping into shyt!

Now, all that said, you dont think I drove that distance and left empty handed did ya? I purchased the $15 case.....then stopped and had some "all you can eat" crabs....yummy!!

I've just started posting to my moblog (mobile weblog)
directly from the Treo. Snap a photo, use the email client
to "send" it, and it's on the web within 5 seconds of sending
it. Pretty cool! Using www.textamerica.com for the moblog'ing.

    Hello,

I wanted to start using my T600 for a morning run. I took it out today with my PalmOne headphones and it didn't work very well. The headphones won't stay in my ears. I was excited to find this thread. I'm going to try one of these cases, but I'm still lost on headphones. Any thoughts?

Oakley made this case that fits perfect! (I sew in the botton for a complete fit)

It has a Hinge and a belt strap. It looks cool and protect the treo!
