Any thoughts? I've searched and only found help with Sprint Treos, not GSM. I downloaded "Wireless Modem" and I can get the program up and running, I just can't find a way to dial/connect via TMo (I guess w/ Sprint you can hit #777 or something like that and connect). Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks.

PdaNet supports T-Mobile, Cingular, AT&T and other GSM providers:

To set up Wireless Modem on Tmo, basically use the readily available instructions for Sprint, but instead of using #777 as the dialup use *9***1# which is the equivalent for Tmo. You will also need to put your Tmo website username and password into the appropriate places when you set up the Dial Up Networking entry.

You can verify this working by creating a new Network connection in Prefs on the Treo using the above info, just the same as if you were creating a DUN entry on the PC.

Thanks for the tip on the number but I'm still having some trouble. The Sprint documentation I have beent using is located here: http://www.sprintpcsinfo.com/modules...&pid=41&page=2 Is there something else you've seen that's different?
Using Mac OSX 10.3 (Treo GSM using TMo as stated)
    Thanks for any help.

I figured out my own problem. It was the type of modem I needed to select. It's up and running now and all's well.

Just out of curiosity though, how does one know the number to dial in order to connect? I assume it's different depending on the provider?

got it to work last night. Number used is "wap.voicestream.com"- no need for password or user name. modem script is the 2nd Ericsson script available on the net. Only problem is average dl speed is 0.5K.
