Anyone else noticed that if they have several folks in their addressbook with the same last name, say "Smith," for example, that the caller ID displayed is incorrect and always ends up being the first "Smith" listed???

    Weird and annoying...

The UK orange version has a problem with No Caller ID when you have 2000 to 5000 contacts.

The solution is to keep trimming the built-in address book until you can answer a No Caller ID call.

Put the remaining addresses you don't use very often in a database or spreadsheet.

Another solution is to use Dataviz Beyond Contacts or Chapura Key Contacts or Key Suite. Any 3rd party address book that DOES NOT use the built-in address book wil work. (NOT Agendus -that uses the built-in one).

If you do not use the Note field, you can use Stephen Millman's freeware Multibook.
