    There doesn't appear yet to be a way to chain phone numbers together (i.e. dial any contact's number, then append a contact entry for the calling card).

    Seems somebody could write a hack or extenstion or utility to press a button to append arbitrary digits to a phone number in the keypad buffer or to generate arbitrary DTMF sounds for a call already off-hook

    You can do this easily if you use a 3rd party dialer app like TakePhone! Check it out!
