Waited a month to get the phone...now this

Charged the unit...called Sprint....ESN # is no match....Customer Service had NO CLUE what the problem was. I was on hold off and on for 45 minutes.....I just gave up.

Called Handspring; C/S told me that Sprint has not been given our ESN's yet...and it will be a 24 to 48 hr delay.

Is there a quicker way to activate my new phone....A magic phone # that will help expedite this?

is it me...or has this entire process (buying, registering, etc.) been painfully Horrible!
