Hey all,

This is a little off topic of BC because it has more to do with Outlook. I've used BC for years and have also used Outlook to download my Comcast e-mail for years. I've always had trouble with Outlook getting stuck downloading from one of my three accounts. It doesn't do it often, maybe 3 times a week, but once the error window comes up, someone has to physically click "ok" to resume normal Outlook activities. This is no good, espcially when I'm out of town as BC becomes useless. I have Outlook set to send/receive every minute. Is there any way to tell it to ignore errors? The error is usually something like "couldn't authenticate password".
