With a hotsync, is the Splash ID data from the phone backed up to the desktop? If so, how do I get to it it?

It syncs your data to the SplashID desktop app.

The data is in a file called SplashIDDatabase.sdb. This file is in your Hotsync username directory.

but I think the original poster wants to know if he can edit the SplashID entries from the desktop. Yes you can if you buy the desktop companion of SplashID. However, if all you want to do is backup the database in case of a hard reset, then Hotsync does this already for you at nzmoko's mentioned location. Alternatively, a backup utility is indispensable. Which reminds me, I gotta start using SplashID - got all my accounts in memopad which although set for private still not as secure.
