I believe that the Treo 600 is a Class 10 GPRS device, whereas the 270 and 180 were both Class 2 or something. Has anyone managed to run a comparison to see whether this results in faster data speeds on the Treo 600 compared with the older models?

I'm hoping it is faster, since I found the 180 to be unusably slow. In fact I cancelled my T-Mobile data plan after 2 months.

    Thanks,

The 600 is at least twice as fast with GPRS as my old 180 and 270.

I hope Cingular will lower the rates for data so I can continue to play with ShoutCast!
