    Well, a few days ago the Treo was on the web page. I ordered and got a confirmation number. Then the Treo was taken away from the page (put still available from a hidden place: http://www.attwireless.com/personal/...titleNumber=1#).

    Now my web order says "unknown." ATT's hold time has been over an hour for over a day day now. The web chat people either say "we don''t have it," or, "we don't know."

    When I finally did get through on the phone, they told me their system was down.


    Aghhhhhh!

    I'm sure you realize the page was put up by mistake before they were ready to really "go live". What's the point of spending hours trying to get them to sell you something that isn't supposed to be sold yet? Be patient and wait a couple of weeks.

    No worries. Just walked into the local Cingular store. Bought the unlocked version. Stuck in my ATT sim card, and I am gold!
