Does the sprint Personal Business connection support POP3 or IMAP from inside a corporate firewall or just Exchange? Also, has anyone had any luck running the PC side software in virtual PC?

The answer to your first question is "yes", Business Connection supports POP3 or IMAP from inside a corporate firewall (or Exchange, or Domino).

Not clear on what your second question is....

For POP and IMAP mail, the BC client does NOT have to be connected to your network (or even running). It is only necessary for it to be connected if you want your coporate e-mail (and that will work behind a firewall, but you may need to know the name of your web proxy sever).
