A number of pqa's have shown up on this list converted to wap's on the web. What we really need is a central place to find these things. Is there a cental website or does anyone have a list of these converted pqa's that we can use to set up a simple central web site?

I tried using the PQA decompiler (LinPQA) to convert a few of them, and it didn't work very well.

If anyone knows of a good program to do it, I would be glad to set it up.

Not to change the subject but I can't wait for the GSM 600's to ship so that you can see if you can get a "keycapshack" type of application to work on it!

It works, though the converter doesn't seem to do the images right.

Post in this thread for requests for other PQAs to be put up there.

Weird. The MovieFone one doesn't work right from my regular web browser, but does work from my Treo 270. Can anyone try from a T600? In my regular browser, after I put in the zip code, it redirects to the main page. On my 270, it works like it's supposed to.

I've heard there's an eBay pqa. I think it would be great to have a translation of that because using eBay via Blazer is unbearably slow. Would this be possible? I'd be very grateful.

Tried to search MovieFone by zip code from my 600. Didn't work. Ended up at the Moviefone mian page.

Great! I looked around on moviefone.com and couldn't find that. I've linked it there now.

This is great -- I just bookmarked it. Now if the guy who wrote directory assisant would manage a new version, I'd be all set.

Thanks for putting those online. The OAG pqa is the only free service that works fine for Europe, and I was using it all the time with my 270. You made my day.

Heh... I changed my web browser's useragent string to " Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; Elaine/1.1)" and it made it work.

Either way, you can just use the official one on moviefone's site which seems to work with any browser.

I converted all of my old PQAs over. So few of them still worked as to make it a pointless venture. Most had been discontinued by the providers of the data.
