I got a Treo 600 from Orange 2 weeks ago and experienced problems connecting to the Internet. If I selected Apps-Internet I was prompted to connect, but then nothing happened - I got a blank browser with icons at the bottom but no connection. Trying to connect via Prefs-Network gave 'Error connecting to the network' After many hours on the phone to support at Orange they replaced the device and this morning I got the new one connected - fantastic.

BUT, I then used Hot Sync to retrieve data from my laptop and now I'm getting exactly the same symptoms again and can't connect to the Internet. I now believe that this is what had cuased the problems on the original device, as I think that I had used Hot Sync before trying to connect. The signal indcator shows the data network present but it won't talk to it.

Anyone experienced similar problems or got any ideas - help!!!
