    My 180's lip broke off two weeks ago and since then I have been using a headset and it has worked fine. but the past two days I have had the treo do three soft resets and two hard resets (including tonite). I have not changed any software in the past week. any ideas what's wrong?

    Sounds like a typical flaky 180. Phone up Handspring and get it replaced if it's still under warranty.

    I had 4 in 4 months which all did the same sort of thing. Each time I sent it back, the replacement was no better. Finally (unit number 5) they sent me a 270 which has been fine ever since.
