    Did a search but came up empty. Any software to allow you to enter canned phrases in ANY application (mail, contacts, SMS etc..)

    For example you email address, name etc..

    (Boy this Palm OS is a bit different from PPCs )

    The SMS that came OE has them (Quick Text) and you can edit them too.
    Hope this is helpful. I think you will find PALM OS just fine after you adjust. A couple of friends jumped ship and are using Palm OS deviced and like it now, they can dfind more usfull things they claim. My 2-cents Matt

    I don't have my Treo 600 yet, but TextPlus diid work on my 270 and iit is now OS5 compat.

    There is, of course, the built-in Shortcuts in the PalmOS. they make it harder to access on the treo: s + alt until you get to the :shortcut: symbol. You can edit shortcuts from Preferences.
