(I had to put quotes around the link to keep it from compressing)
I was going to say that I'm pretty sure that JavaScript is supported by Blazer as I have accessed my bank details through the emulator, and this uses JavaScript.

As for Java itself, there is no included support for it on the 600, but there are apparently a number of Java Virtual Machines available for PalmOS.

I agree. I've tested the java link, and the page loads, but it states you need a "java enabled browser" in order to view the applet. I don't think handspring ever said Blazer 3 would support java applets natively.

I REALLY want a T600, but I need to know if it can browse two websites I use in my job...

    http://hernando.floridapa.com/GIS/Search_F.asp

    and

    http://www.hernandomls.com

Could someone out there with a T600 browse those two sites and tell me if they display??

    Pretty please???

    Thanks!

Whoa. Red lights. Good thing I didn't rush out to buy this like I did w/ the Sidekick. Once bitten, twice shy. Hmm, w/ 3 problems now (bc, blazer, no voice calls while using data), I am not sure if I want to get this.

Does Xiino (was Palmscape) work on the Treo 600?
    It supports Javascript.

"No voice calls while using data"

this is not a treo 600 issue but rather an issue with the Vision service on all phones. Be aware, though, that the voice call moratorium is only valid while _actively_ transferring data. If you are just browsing a page, scrolling around and reading, the green arrows won't be lit up and the call will come up over your browsing session, allowing you to either accept, or ignore.

It didn't like the Search button for some reason...I click it and you can see the "busy" indicator for a split second, but nothing happens. Can someone else try this?

One of the big items is Business Connection. Not only can I not get the client to work, but when I try and log into the BC page through Blazer, it also does not work.
Let's make a list of software that does not work:

    Business Connection
    Treo300 SMS
    SilverScreen
    Sprint SMS
    PDANet
VeriChat (no color for some reason)

Here is a link to a fixed copy.

When my friend who also purchased a phone, called Sprint, they said that the new version (unknown when it will be released) of Business Connection will accomodate the T600.

Any body have any ideas on how to fix or restore any of this software so it works on the T600?

    Hi...

I wonder if anyone is using Mailer by electricpocket on the 600 to pick up email. If you've tried it, would you please let me know?

    Thanks!

Will the BC software be the mail software produced by Seven that was supposed to be with the phone?

Here is PDA Net's Response about people who own their software for the T300:

    Hope this addresses your question:

Basically, no, you need to purchase a new license.
