    NO TAX ID NEEDED.

Anyone that is not getting the TMoblie deal with WeeBit can contact our Corporate Rep.

    Mohammad Alsouqi
    646-251-4948
    mohammad.alsouqi@t-mobile.com

I spoke to him regarding everyone that had posted about it. His words were that he would take anyone and everyone on a individual basis and would help all. I specifically asked about people that didnt have a TAX ID and he stated that SSN was fine.

So feel free to give him a call.

Can someone say what the price is and what, if any, additional contract or service commitments are required? I don't want to add into the bombardment the poor guy is probably getting just to get those questions answered (and then decide whether or not to take the deal).

$399 i believe with service activation, that "activation" could mean several things. Shoot him off a email or call him and and discuss, hes a nice guy and helpful

smart guy.. hell be making some fat commisions..

over here in the UK the GSM version is free on a monthly tariff of over 50 pounds (75$) 1 year contract with the tariff only tied to that level for 4 months then you can drop it down to any tariff..

Just got off the phone with Mohammed, spent about 15 minutes chatting with him....great guy! He called me back and said he's been on the phone with about 15 of us from TreoCentral already and can't believe the response he's getting from HumP's posting!

He'll place you on a waiting list for the Treo, which should be out next week sometime. He's not totally sure about the price, but thinks it will come in at around $400. He'll also Fedex overnight to you. But you need to talk to him because he needs some specific information from you about your account.

I'm going to use him to set up my youth groups in New England for some talk plans....he's won my business in only 15 minutes, great customer service!

    Thanks much, HumP!!!

Far be it from Me to cause trouble, but...

IF YOU ALREADY SIGNED UP ON THE LIST I WAS HELPING TO COMPILE... DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS ONE.... This is list is the second one, and the list you PMd me for, took a ton of work to complile on both ends and has already reserved its units. Check your inboxes, Conrad can accomodate all of the people who signed up and it would be wrong strand him to take the same offer from someone else.

Anyone who didn't PM me and get put on ANY list, feel free to work out any deals with anyone!

    Yes... you are paranoid....

They CANNOT prebill the system, and the only way to due this and get it shipped out day one, is to process the info in advance and just execute when they come in....

I dont know Mohammed... But Conrad (From WBO List) was the representative sent by T-Mobile to Mission Possible. He is the National Account Manager for the Treo 600.

If he wanted your data, you give it in to get a plan, he could just look it up. He needs it to verify who you are, and check it againts what is in the T-Mobile d-base

I feel your paranoia, too..and this is the response I sent to Conrad:

"At this time, I am hesitant to supply my personal credit card, etc.
information. The Electronic Service Agreement requests social
security number, driver's license, etc. I hope you take no offense in
my hesitation because there have been so many newsworthy cases of
identity/credit card fraud, which brings me to my next question.
Since I an existing T-Mobile Customer (for one year), is it absolutely
necessary that I furnish ALL the personal information as noted in the
Electronic Service Agreement at this time?"

Even more paranoia or whatever you want to call it.....Filling out (another) service agreement gives me the impression that a credit check will be run....which I don't see as being necessary, if an existing T-Mobile's customer account has been in good standing for a year...just my .06

    EDIT: See response I rec'vd from "Conrad" -- http://discussion.treocentral.com/tc...619#post245619

Thanks for the clarification WBO...you must've of spoken to Conrad because I just got the Electronic Service Agreement from him about 5-10 minutes ago. I'm sorry...I'm not trying to mislead or waste anyone's time. I'll wait to see what can be worked out with Conrad before pursuing any other "hookup" offers for the Treo.

Im sure Mohammad would have no problem with you waiting till its available via retail channels or via Individual Customer Service. Im sure he would also have no problem giving you a 800 number to dial that gets you to Corporate sales then having them transfer you to them. I found him via TMobiles web site asking a account rep to call me asap, 2 hours later he was on my phone.

Im sure he can still any doubts you may have by calling him, and just so YOU ALL KNOW I HAVE NOT GIVEN HIM ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AT ALL, he already has my account info all i gave him was my company name and telephone number. I didnt even provide him our TAX ID, my companies account was already setup, he just looked up the information.
