Does anyone know if the treo 600 offers the onscreen keyboard as well as the QWERTY keyboard ? I know the treo 300 had this feature. Also do I need graffiti software or does the treo 600 offer a small scale of graffiti2?

I think I remember reading this somewhere.

    Thanks for any info.

Yes, you will be able to bring up an on-screen keyboard.

Yes, you could use Graffiti 2 on the screen. It will be like what RecoEcho+ does on the 180/270/300 but without the need to add any software.

a lot of people seem to be asking about these two things and now that the phone is available, I still haven't seen an answer on how to do them. I personally don't need either, but I keep seeing others who are interested so does anyone know how to access the onscreen keyboard or use graffiti2 yet? I don't see anything in the manual.

EDIT: D'oh, nevermind... found a thread that does mention how to access the onscreen keyboard. Shame on us for not using "search"

I guess graffiti is the only thing no one has found yet.... and you've got 3rd party apps like Jot that can do that if there's no other choice. Though why you'd need either when there's a keyboard is beyond me

This thread mentions some other alternatives to Jot, some of which are free apparently:
