    I am having problems with syncing. For some reason on my work computer (home computer has no problem) I keep getting a message that says "HotSync was interrupted. Some of your data was NOT backed up. For details, tap HotSync log on Hot Sync screen." When I do that, the message I get says HOtSync was terminated, and some of your data was NOT backed up. "An application on the PC failed to respond to a confirmation query. This application may need to be restarted." On screen it's called error (8009). I've tried everything, even reinstalling Palm Desktop. Help!

    Please provide some more details. Are you using USB or Serial? What operating system is it? Does the error happen immediately or after syncing for a while?

    I solved it. I reinstalled Palm desktop again, and it worked. Thanks!
