At least the seller is honest enough to admit that it's a non-working unit.

I found this last night, too. It doesn't look like one of the Sprint versions...

Maybe the person finally got the size to print out correctly.

"The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the listing."

I wonder if that "error" had anything to do with Handspring's lawyers. Either way, looks like we will all have to wait another month before we can get broken Treo 600s

GREAT...the darn thing isn't even out yet, and already it's breaking!!!

I think it might of been fake to begin with, I have seen a couple of posts of people receiving a mailing tube, with Mission Possible info and a real looking, fake Treo 600. See below:
[Cool] Mission Possible Mockup in hand

I know a market influencer who received the 'Mission Possible' mailing tube with poster, invite to the SF rollout and a real Treo 600 mockup.

I'm a happy Treo 600 flasher now, thanks to my colleague. (He prefers to wait for the real thing <G> )

It appears to have appropriate heft, and a "real" keyboard and navigation buttons that you can depress. It's fun feeling how it will probably fit in my hand when I get a real one.

    For now, fake is O....Kay.....!!!

What is a "market influencer"? Is this some marketing term?

I agree that this unit must have been fake. I just learned that two people I know received similar ones yesterday along with "Mission Possible" invitations. It is said that they look real but they are models. I am trying to see one of these ASAP
