I just got my second 300 (lid broke on the 1st) and i'm having a slight software issue. Whenever i dial from the phonebook my screen goes blank. The phone rings and i can talk to the person on the other end but the sceen is blank. After about 1 minute an error message tells me my "call cannot be complete would you like to 'retry' or 'quit'." Even though i'm on the call. Because the screen is blank, i can't answer other calls, hang-up, etc. Even when i close the lid the call doesn't hang up, i have to wait for the person on the other end to hang up.

Does anybody have a clue to what's going on or how to fix it?
