Looks like a product that I would consider purchasing, but with the Treo 600 so close at hand, I'm hesitant on purchasing any additional accessories unless they will work with the new handset of the 600 (or more specifically the Treo 540 or whatever model number they assign to the the GSM/GPRS version of the new Treo.)

Is there any definitive word as to what connector the new Treos will be sporting?

I think Treo 600/540 will have the same 2.5 mm jack as it becomes quite standard. This is the product I have been waiting for. I recieved mine a few days ago. It is great.

The audio quality is so great. It also comes with end/call botton , volume control, amplied speaker and external microphone !! which you can clip on your shirt or sun visor in the car. I love the price : $ 59.95

I tries on Treo 300. It works great! really high quality hands free car kit. Seido on their site also says it works with 180/270. If it does, this is great. Can someone tell me if this works for 180/270 which is not CDMA system, This is just out of my curosity !!

I visited this company's web site several months ago to check out their line of accessories for the treo and happened to come accross a holster/charger/speakerphone advertised to work with the treo 300. It looked like the perfect product at the time so I went ahead and ordered it. Much to my surprise when I opened up the box, there was no cable to connect the treo's 2.5mm jack to the speakerphone function of the holster. I called Seidio and informed them that the advertised connecting cable was not included and they informed me that a cable did not exist as of yet for the treo. So why they heck did they advertise it to work with a treo? Anyways, I was stuck with a product that had no speakerphone funcionality but performed adequately as a holster/charger, that is until about a month later when the holster mechanism suddenly stopped working. It has a spring loaded latching mechanism, and it simply will not latch shut anymore. So now im basically left with a speakerphone/holster/charging device that will only perform one of the advertised functions (charge the phone). My opinion of this device is that is one of very poor build quality, and was initially misled of its capabilities and would be very hesitant to order another product from seidio again.

The hands free charger mount kit works well with treo 180/270 without the CDMA system.
