    Solectron, the manufacturer of a lot of Handspring products, is apparently doing rather poorly - see today's financial news articles.

    I vaguely remember that they were THE sole source manufacturer of TREOs but could easily be wrong about the "sole source" part.

    Thus the question in the Subject.

    Hmm...good question. I recall Flextronics and Solectron have both been contract manufacturers for Handspring in the past. I couldn't find any info regarding who HS chose to make the Treo600, but according to this article, the merger of PalmSG and Handspring could mean that future contracts would go to Asustek and Inventec...
