    Starting yesterday am, my Business connection quit working. I still get SMS notifications of e-mails on my desktop, but when I sync, nothing is there. Has this happened to anyone else?

    I called support who told me they were having major server problems yesterday, but I see nothing on this list about it, so it must not be Sprint.

    Should I try reinstalling Biz Conn?

    Seems to be one of the frequent unexplained outages. It wasn't working for me yesterday either, but it is now.

    Try a Reset Mailbox command within BC
