Found on the pda pro shop site ...
    SKU PP-Holder for $29.95

Seeking review(s) .. opinion(s) ... mostly interested on how well it secures the Treo.

Here's what I do to mount my treo in the car:

I cut two velco strips and stuck the soft side of each strip horizontally on the backside of the treo. Then I stuck the rough side of each strip vertically on the center of my steering wheel. As a disclaimer, if you have safety concerns or would like to stick the rough strips elsewhere, that's entirely up to you. The point is, it's a much cheaper solution than anything else. Consider this before going out to buy one of those bulky things.

I have been using the hold you are discussing for two and a half weeks, (i have on in each of my 2 cars). So far the holder is easy to use, stays put and is adjustable in almost every direction.

I am extremely pleased with the holder and the service from pdapros.

    I've been using this: http://www.proclipusa.com/frameset.htm

Easy to install, solid, at the right height to be read, perfectly adjustable, holds the Treo solidly, does not require holes or permanent modifications, and the company was firiendly and attentive. I'd rate it as Five Treos.

I'll second the Pro-Clip version. More expensive than the PDA Pros holder, but you have more options as far as mounting locations (you buy the mount specific for your car, and for the specific mounting location you want, then you buy the Treo holder). Works really well, IMO.

I have a magnetic piece that I stuck to my dash with doublestick. I thenk put a small metallic piece on the back of my phone and it works great.

I've now used this device with 3 different phones including, my latest, the Treo 300. It holds fine in all conditions and comes off in a second when I need to go. It's a nice, simple solution that may meet some of your needs.

I don't think I bought it from this company, but they seem to have it at a reasonable price.

Here's a picture of the device.

Although I am not interested in these car kits, I do want to help others with the help they need. Here is a car kit I found that comes with usb and serial ports.
