    Hi team

When I do a lookup for a new SMS it produces the e-mail address not the mobile phone number?

I have the mobile number stored as the second number for my contacts as WORK like thus

    Last name: Soap
    First name: Jo
    Title:
    Company: Soap J
    Main: 01234 567890
    Work: 07787 587458
    Fax: 01234 885577
    Other:
    E-mail:jsoap@mailserver.com
    Address:23 City St

I have renamed the first and second phones thus to try to get around problems syncing additional contacts with Goldmine.

    Any ideas please

    thanks Raphael

I Think that its giving you the email because you don't have a mobile number stored in there...

    Thanks for your reply Pilot

In the UK all mobile numbers now start with 07

What does a "proper" mobile number look like so that the Treo will recognise it?

I think Pilot means you haven't stored the number as a mobile number. As in Home, Work, Fax, Mobile. It needs to be tagged as Mobile.
