    1. My Palm TT3 can use MacroPlay and NoviiRemote to turn ON my radio in the morning and every 2 minutes increase the volume until i wake up.

    what about you?

Although I switched to webOS, I do use my T|X at work still for a few reasons:

    1. Ability to sync PIMs to a desktop client. My handwriting is horrid so it's nice to take notes on the factory floor and then put them in my computer. Plus, unlike the Google based stuff, it's a ton more feature rich (DateBk6 FTW).
    2. DocsToGo, which still isn't implemented as well as the version in Palm OS.

But, things I still can't get outside of Palm OS:
-An email client like Chatteremail. Sure other platforms have excellent clients but Chatter still is 2nd to none.
-Thanks to the iPhone, god forbid a manufacturer includes hard button short keys. It'd be nice to be able to go to my calender with one button push rather than searching for it/tapping more than once.
-Desktop syncing (though offered to some extent with other platforms via 3rd party).
-SD card slot (thank God Android phones still have this).
-Navi buttons (again, what's with the hate of the old 5-way w/ touch combo).
    -Etc...

I miss being able to switch between email accounts from a drop down menu at the top. When I first got a pre and tapped on the banner at the top I was disappointed that all it did was show email count and last updated.

    I still have my T3

Palm OS is uber speedy and has little overhead. No fanciness, no animations, no nothing. Just you and your data. Today's smartphones probably don't go entirely down when an app crashes. And it never fails to confound friends who try to scroll the launcher iPhone style

I use a Treo Pro now, which reminds me, I need to reload StyleTap back onto it.
    m505 > Z|71 > T|C > T|T3 > LifeDrive > iPod touch 4 >
    Pre 2 > Treo Pro > Aria > Treo 650 > Lumia 920 > BB Z10 > BB Q10
    Lumia 830 > 635 > iPhone 5s > Galaxy Alpha > Lumia 640 >
    iPhone 5c > Nexus 5 > Nexus 5X > Blackberry Priv

I found out that I can create labels on photos I take with the camera in my Treo 755p.

To do this with an Android device requires additional software.

The biggest advantage is the Palm Desktop (for a full-size task manager, contacts list and calendar).

Android only offers Web versions of this, and Google's task manager isn't in the same class as Palm.

Has anybody tried Palm Desktop on a Windows 8 machine? I just got a new computer at work and I haven't bothered trying yet. I have the drivers for W7 because BT can be so flaky but I'm not sure if it works on W8.
