I have been using UltraSoft Money for about 8 month, and it's great. It works very well with Microsoft Money (no, it doesn't come with MS Money 2003 Standard, you have to buy seperate) - have not experienced any problem using UltraSoft Money.
It can create charts for your expense, and it looks pretty good on treo (Note I was using Handspring Deluxe until a month ago ..... so anything in color would have looked great for me).
I bought my treo 300 about a month ago, and it also work great with my treo 300. I've not had any problems either.

You can try it out for 30 days.

Goto http://www.ultrasoft.com/ to download the trial version.

Been using Ultrasoft for 2 years... Love it. Works great. THe keyboard on the Treo makes all the difference when inputing on the go.

I use Pocket Quicken. I know it only syncs with quicken and not ms money but it is my financial lifeline and works very well.

SplashMoney lists compatibility with both Microsoft Money and Quicken. For MS Money, judging from the screenshot, it looks like the synchronization happens by exporting to .CSV format rather than a direct transfer to Money. I could be wrong.

    They offer a 30-day trial.
