    Lost old Sprintpcs email address, tech support assigned several new address and said wait a week. I did and still unable to access either from 300 or from internet. Any ideas? BobT

    Maybe try having your phone reprovisioned-both the voice and the data. That may help!

    I hear ya, I work for Sprint and I can't get my old one back either. It's a known issue but you've heard that before. What I know is that your old e-mail addy won't just appear, you have to log into your account and go to the pref page and change it back to your old one. So, they basically release your old addy and you have to jump on it and take it back, nice feature eh? My old addy is stuck to an expired phone number and it won't release for some reason. I'm on trouble ticket #3 from Oct. I've still got my fingers crossed.
